Flachförderbänder aus Stahl. Type MB A mit Aufsteckgetriebe. Max. 100 kg/m. Förderbänder sind für den horizontalen, ansteigenden oder fallenden Stückguttransport geeignet. Die Antriebsleistung und die Ausführung des Fördergurtes sind von Gewicht, Größe und Beschaffenheit des Fördergutes abhängig. Die Tragkraft ist abhängig von Bandbreite und Stützabstand. Der Rahmen besteht aus verzinkten Stahl U-Profilen 25 x 100 x 25 x 3 mm und wird mit verzinkten Querdistanzrohren verschraubt. Der Transportgurt wird auf einem verzinkten Gleitblech abgetragen. Der Antrieb erfolgt über Kette oder direkt über ein Aufsteckgetriebe durch einen Drehstromgetriebemotor 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Dieser ist standardmäßig in Förderrichtung rechts oder links auf der Antriebstrommel zugseitig montiert. Die Fördergurte werden nach Absprache je nach Produkt und Anwendungsfall ausgewählt.
